Michael embodies the apprenticeship programme and is the beating heart at Kiwi. Originally starting his career as an apprentice himself, Michael has spent sixteen years within the education sector and is the founder of Kiwi Education. Passionate about young disadvantaged & disabled people accessing apprenticeships, Michael has campaigned for more support from government within this area and for his efforts were awarded the City of Southampton award in 2012.
In 2017, Michael served as the National President of Junior Chamber International UK (JCI).

Having worked within the education sector for 15 years, Michelle firstly worked for a private training provider then moved to a local college based in Hampshire. She has managed and supported others in a variety of capacities and is a qualified Assessor, Internal Quality Verifier and teacher. She is passionate about the quality and delivery of workplace qualifications, which has led her to become a freelance Standards Verifier (SV / EV ) for the awarding body Pearson's, where she is able to pass her experiences and knowledge to other providers and colleges.
Her drink: Medium Latte.
Georgina has experience of working in the care industry for the past 15 years. She was a registered manager and worked in various sectors in the care industry. She is a qualified assessor and has a passion for training and developing herself. Georgina is warm, friendly and approachable and offers her experience to support and guide the learners and her team.
Her drink: Fruit cooler.
Joining Kiwi in 2015, Chris had previously worked as a manager of various well-known retail chains before becoming a Trainer. Chris works within the corporate studies team delivering frameworks and standards with a positive approach and helping others learn the skills needed to succeed. Chris also works within the business development department generating new business and meeting our new partners. Chris is very passionate about development. Personally he is looking to progress into becoming an internal and external verifier in the future.
His drink: Tropical cooler.
Digital Marketing Trainer
Claire is a Chartered Marketer with 25 years marketing experience in a variety of businesses – from charities to commercial enterprises and from 20 employees to over 500. She has been an enthusiastic supporter of Apprenticeships for most of that time and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of marketing professionals. She is excited to join the team at Kiwi to lead on the new Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Standard.
When not training others, Claire works as a freelance marketer and enjoys “getting stuck into a project”.
Outside of work, Claire spends far too much time being a Scout and wishing she had more time to be gardening.

Geraldine Williams - Pink
Administration Team Leader
After 2 years in college completing Business Administration Levels 2 and 3, Geraldine started her career as an apprentice on a Customer Service Level 2 within an education and corporate business, providing customer service and administration. She joined Kiwi back in 2015 and was our first administrator within the business. Geraldine has worked her way to be the Centre Administrator within our head office in Southampton where she completed her Team Leading Level 2.
Geraldine takes care of all our administration team, deals with all paperwork coming through the office and supports with HR. She is now continuing her learning and development and has started her Management Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Geraldine works alongside all the assessors and management ensuring everything is processed and completed within a timely manner.
